Property Buying Assistance
You have identified a property to buy and you are about to make a huge financial decision. Make sure that you are protected and secured. A lawyer might say that the paper work is in place (legal vetting), but we go way beyond that and also check if the paper work tallies with the records of the local sub-registrar office. By doing this we authenticate the paperwork for its genuineness. We help you from start to finish. During these transactions, we always represent only one party, i.e., our client. This is to ensure that there is no conflict of interest.
Key Deliverables
- We map the short-listed property, geo-tag it and photograph it for documentary purposes.
- Our team of empanelled lawyers (external) will check the property's paperwork for any encumbrance/legal issues.
- Our lawyers will assist you in drafting or checking the sale agreement with the prime intention of protecting your interests.
- At the next level, the lawyers will assist you in drafting or checking the sale deed prior to registration to make sure that the transaction is clean and grants you peaceful possession of the property.
