ENCUMBRANCE CERTIFICATE

An Encumbrance Certificate is an evidence that the property you select is free from any monetary or/and legal liability. Encumbrance Certificate proves that the property can be sold as freehold. When you want to sell or buy a property, one of the first things to check is the Encumbrance Certificate (EC). Do you need an Encumbrance Certificate (EC) to sell your property? Or have you got an EC after you have purchased the property and transferred it to your name to check if the transfer reflects? Don't worry , you can get an EC now without having to run around.

How it Works
